- Communication skills
From the beginning of my professional life, I have to correspond either with the foreign engineers or with the suppliers. It has helped to develop my communication skill both in oral and written. The presentation of periodical technical reports to both local and foreign client, negotiation meeting with the client and with suppliers ,all have enriched my oral communication skills including written. Later on joining to the Bangladesh public service commission I need to communicate with senior officials through official letter which has helped developed my written skill.
- Research, analysis and conceptual skills
Both in the school of engineering and the service life, I have acquired the knowledge of research methods, ways of analysis, formulate the problem, finding out the probable solution and verifying it to take decision. The skills in this area are established through my practice in professional life.
- Leadership skills
The opportunity of leadership first came when I led the team of worker at site for erection of site works in the year of 2005. I was leading a team of 16 members including two supervisors. It was a nice experience to be the top of any scenario. I was making work schedule for the next days leading the stuff to follow the schedule.
